Account and data deletion
Delete your account and your data.
An email request, a verification step, and a written confirmation. This page documents what happens when you ask Wolyra to delete an account or the data tied to it.
Confirmation window
10 business days
Acknowledgement that the request was received and is in queue.
Completion window
30 calendar days
From verified request to written confirmation of deletion.
How to request
The four steps.
Send the email
From the address tied to your account, email info@wolyra.ai with the subject Delete account. Include the application or service name, the account identifier you use to sign in, and the date you created the account if known.
Verify ownership
We reply within 10 business days to confirm we can identify the account. If the email address you wrote from does not match our records, we request one additional verification step — typically a token sent to the account’s email of record.
Deletion executed
Once verified, the account and the personal data tied to it are removed from production within 30 calendar days. Cached and indexed copies are purged on a rolling basis as caches expire.
Written confirmation
You receive a written confirmation that the deletion has been completed, what classes of data were removed, what was retained under a legal exception, and the retention period for each exception.
What gets deleted
Data classes removed.
Account profile
Name, email address, display name, profile photo, preferences, settings, and any other field you provided during signup or in account settings.
User-generated content
Documents, files, messages, comments, uploads, and any other content you created in your account, including content shared privately with you.
Behavioral and usage data
Event logs tied to your account, feature-usage telemetry, search history, and any analytics signals that can be linked back to you as an individual.
Credentials and tokens
Password hashes, session tokens, API keys, refresh tokens, third-party OAuth links, and any device identifiers stored against the account record.
Retention exceptions
What we may keep, and why.
A small set of data may be retained after account deletion when a specific legal, accounting, or security obligation applies. Each retained record is held only for the period the obligation requires, and is purged automatically when the period elapses.
Financial records
Invoices, receipts, and payment records retained for up to 7 years as required by US tax and accounting rules. Names and amounts only — payment instrument data is never stored.
Fraud and abuse signals
Hashed identifiers tied to confirmed abuse, fraud, or security incidents may be retained for up to 24 months to prevent the same actor from re-onboarding, in line with industry practice.
Backups
Encrypted backup snapshots roll off within 90 days of creation. Restored data is re-deleted automatically on the next restore-verification pass — it is not re-introduced into production systems.
Aggregated analytics
Statistical counts and aggregate metrics that no longer identify an individual are retained. These records are non-reversible and contain no field that can be tied back to a person.
Per-platform notes
Mobile and web specifics.
iOS applications
For apps published under the Wolyra Apple developer account, in-app deletion is offered where Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) requires it. The email path above remains available for users who prefer to delete out-of-app.
Android applications
For apps published under the Wolyra Google Play developer account, the Data Safety form references this page and the email path. The 30-day completion window meets the Google Play Account Deletion policy.
Web services
For any Wolyra-operated web service, the email path is canonical. Where the service offers an in-product deletion control, the in-product control and the email path lead to the same workflow and the same SLAs.
