Every engagement begins with a written proposal. Send the constraint, the deadline, and what you have already tried. We return a written outline within one business day.
Enterprise consultation
Architecture audit, fixed scope.
The default entry point for enterprise engagements. Two to four weeks, fixed price, no retainer. We deliver a written architecture review: what is load-bearing, what is fragile, where the next twelve months of scale break first, and which fixes belong in what order.
Most engagements that go further begin here. Most that do not still leave you with a document your internal team can execute against. No implementation commitment is required afterward, and the deliverable is yours regardless.

What to include
What to include in your message.
The faster you give us the constraint, the faster we can tell you what is realistic. A useful first message names most of the following.
-
The constraint
One sentence: what is blocked, slow, fragile, or undecided.
-
The deadline
A specific date or a fiscal quarter. The more concrete, the more useful the response.
-
What you have already tried
Prior vendors, internal attempts, prototypes. Tells us what to skip.
-
Budget envelope
A range, a ceiling, or “open.” Any of those is fine, as long as the answer is explicit.
-
Expected response cadence
Weekly check-ins, daily standups, on-demand, or async-only.
-
Technologies or vendors already chosen
Cloud, datastore, framework, model provider. Constraints we will not relitigate.
-
Links to existing docs or repos
Architecture diagrams, RFCs, the relevant slice of the codebase. Read-only is fine for a first pass.

Why no contact form?
A contact form is a third party in disguise. It is a form processor with logs, a captcha service with fingerprinting, an analytics tag listening for submissions, and a deliverability vendor reading the payload before we do.
Our default analytics state is denied. We do not run remarketing, advertising trackers, or social pixels. A form would invert that posture for the one moment we most need to honor it — first contact.
Email is what we trust. Your message reaches our inbox directly, with nothing about you logged by an intermediary, scored by a vendor, or sold downstream.
