Data Processing Agreement
A GDPR Article 28-compliant DPA is available on request. The template covers processing scope, security measures (Annex II), subprocessor flow-down, breach notification timelines, audit cooperation, and post-termination data handling.

Subprocessor disclosure
A current list of subprocessors, their hosting region, and the data classes each one touches is provided to customers on signature. We notify of additions or replacements at least 30 days in advance and honor reasonable objections.

Standard Contractual Clauses
For EU-to-US transfers, the 2021 EU SCCs (Module 2 controller-to-processor) are incorporated into the DPA by reference. The UK Addendum and the Swiss adequacy variant are signed on request.
Counter-signed in five business days from countersignature receipt.
Acceptable Use Policy
Restrictions on the use of Wolyra services: no unauthorized scanning, no abuse of shared infrastructure, no use that violates law or third-party rights. Provided on request and incorporated into customer agreements.

Access, deletion, correction, and portability under GDPR, CCPA, and the US state privacy laws (CO, CT, TX, VA, and others). Subject Privacy request. We confirm receipt within 10 days and complete within 30.
Subpoenas and legal process
Formal legal process may be served on the registered agent: Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Wolyra contests any request that lacks a valid legal basis or overreaches scope.
Copyright and trademark
DMCA notices and trademark complaints may be sent to info@wolyra.ai with the subject IP notice. Counter-notices are accepted on the same channel under 17 U.S.C. 512.
